I am a holistic, cognitive-behavioral therapist with 30 year's experience counseling adults, adolescents, families and children. I help patients establish goals, and take personal responsibility for growth and expanded awareness. I promote positive changes in patients' attitudes to improve mental, physical and spiritual health. I work with youth on probation and victims of sexual and physical abuse. I've been hailed as this area's Couples Counselor, and I work with patients of all sexual orientations, as well as conventional families.

I specialize in depressive and addictions disorders. Instead of a sterile office building, clients find my home office delightfully pleasant and tranquil. I suit the therapeutic method to the individual, employing whichever method works best.
