Hello There, It takes a lot of courage to want something different. Congratulations cookie!!! It is important to work with someone that makes you feel safe, curious and empowered. Life is a series of cycles and at times challenges. My promise to you is to provide a non-judgmental and empowering space. Your insight during session will help guide our course towards your goals. I want you to feel strong where you stand and confident moving forward. I am a LCSW and a Professional Certified Coach. This powerful combination encourages understanding of past choices and behaviors but always looking forward.
My work is strongly focused on partnering with older teens and young adults. We work together to learn, develop life skills, begin to understand who you are. This allows you to feel empowered in your own life. My approach is gentle, active at times directive but always educational.
I am the therapist for you, if there are patterns you have that no longer serve you, if you have no direction and not sure what you want. Yup! That's me. Our ability to see choices offers us hope. My treatment methods are supportive, short-term and solution focused.
