I have been honored to have my private practice for 21 years now. I have helped hundreds of men, women and young people recover from trauma, stress, depression and anxiety. I enjoy empowering women, teaching couples better communication skills, and using Play Therapy with children ages 4-12. I also treat adolescents in their quest for individual expression and indentity. My speciality is Play Therapy with children. Before becoming a therapist,I taught preschool for many years as well as Parent Education groups.Play is the natural language of children,and we have creative fun learning to work through issues. We use art, sand tray, puppets, and dramatic play.
I am a warm, patient, positive, creative therapist who can work with a variety of people. I have years of experience and continue to attend workshops and classes to better my skills. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental and caring space for my clients to grow. Healing is always possible.
