“My practice has a deep commitment to helping clients toward self growth, symptom reduction, and self empowerment. I work with individuals and couples who come with various difficulties they encounter in their lives. We work together on issues related to grief/loss, depression, anxiety, sexual trauma and violence, eating disorders, GLBTQ issues, late adolescent developmental issues, anger, communication breakdowns, as well as other mental health issues as indicated by the needs of the client.

My approach to treatment is client-centered with special attention to humanistic, feminist, and family systems therapy. I have training and experience using a family systems approach, narrative, psychodynamic, and experiential therapies. Clinical experience and special interests are in issues related to sexual violence/trauma (including domestic violence) and eating disorders.

Fees are $80 per individual session, but can be negotiated for a sliding scale based on need. Couples sessions are $90 - $100 and can also be negotiated.”
