I offer an integrative, client centered approach to psychotherapy. After receiving my MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, I returned to the east coast to specialize in treating children, adolescents, and their families.

I have over 6 years' experience working with children, adolescents, and families dealing with depression, conflict, anger, abuse, trauma, grief, loss, addictive behaviors, body image, anxiety, major transitions, and relationship issues. I was a community liaison and practicum supervisor at a middle school for about 3 years, facilitating healing and support for a wide range of students. I also have 5 years of experience in the educational setting improving academics by working through psychological issues that affect academic performance.
