“As a practical, results oriented therapist, my treatment approach will provide you with insight and feedback to help you address current and longstanding issues. I approach my work with sensitivity and compassion. With an intregration of complimentary methods, I draw upon a selection of styles and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful to you as an individual. I have been providing counselling for 20 years and appreciate the courage it takes to book that first appointment.

I provide indidual, couple and (adult)family counselling for people struggling with all sorts of issues. My areas of interest include relationship based struggles such as couple counselling, mother-daughter issues, family of origin(your original family)dynamics, employee-employeer situations and so on.

Amoungst other therapeutic modalities, I offer EMDR as a trauma oriented intervention.”
