Carl Jung said, "The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." Many of my clients come to therapy reporting problems with depression, anxiety, troublesome relationships, or grieving a recent loss. I can offer a safe, supportive setting to help them reclaim a satisfying and meaningful life. This often includes a review of life history and the influences of family of origin and extended family, culture, ethnicity, religion and place (as understood now), as well as current life circumstances. Together, we can use those presenting symptoms as stepping stones to a more authentically lived life.

Originally trained in family systems and addictions recovery, I now blend those models with 20+ years of experience with a Jungian approach to helping clients resolve the challenges of daily living and examine the larger questions of what gives one's life meaning.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also utilize dreamwork, active Imagination and expressive arts in my work with clients.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
