Each therapy session is a collaborative experience. As client, you set the pace based on your personal needs, personality, and level of discomfort/stress. Your sessions will be structured to assist healing and growth, with new awarenesses that are life affirming. I support and value your body's experiences and awarenesses.

I work with adults, teens, children,couples and families. I specialize in Divorce, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD, Eating Disorders, Marital/Relationship Issues, and Play Therapy for children.
