Center for Integrative Psychology

Psychologist , PhD

(810) 637-1930
I am a Harvard Medical School trained psychologist with a strong academic background tempered by 32 years of experience. I help people learn effective tools to deal with life's issues and deliver them with warmth, humor and support. A holistic, natural approach combined with brain optimization techniques can augment traditional psychotherapy to make change happen quickly.
My training with Daniel Amen, M.D., the author of The Magnificent Mind, allows me to identify brain types that predict which vitamins and amino acid supplements could be helpful. Life's difficulties are sometimes an opportunity for spiritual growth, and I support people in that process.
LENS Neurofeedback and Cognitive Training are optional techniques which allow me to help a broader range of people and can be just what some people need to change their brain and change their life.
