I have achieved the unique combination of education and experience and clinical expertise to help individuals overcome challenges and accomplish goals.

Just returned (May 2011) from completing training in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Trauma Therapy. After completing the Masters in Social Work degree at the University of Oklahoma I trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy at Menninger's in Topeka Kansas. Additional training has been accomplished in treating panic attack, anxiety and depression.

I am trained in multiple approaches and the best approach based on your individuality and strengths and will be used in a collaborative way to address your goals.
