After overcoming personal adversities I returned to school out of a desire to help others. I now have the unique combination of personal experience, education, dedication to client recovery and clinical expertise to help individuals overcome challenges and accomplish his/her goals.

I trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy at Menningers in Topeka Kansas. I am also trained in traditional psychotherapy and advanced group psychotherapy. In addition training has been accomplished in treating panic attack, anxiety and depression.

I am trained in multiple approaches and the best approach based on your individuality, strengths and challenges will be used in a collaborative way to address your goals.”
