I believe that the therapeutic process involves a collaborative effort between therapist and client to recognize and understand problems and conflicts, identify realistic goals, and take full advantage of the strengths and strategies available to promote meaningful and positive change. As a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Delaware for over 10 years, I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to process difficulties, cultivate new understanding, and to teach and help strengthen the skills needed to promote healing, personal growth, emotional wellness, improved self-esteem and healthy boundaries and relationships.

My treatment approach is open, interactive, and supportive and encourages you to consider how past and present aspects of life impact your current relationships, choices, and overall well-being. My therapeutic techniques including dialogue, interpretation, cognitive reframing, homework exercises, creative arts, visualization, writing and journal keeping, and psycho-education.
