I work with adults and children/adolescents. Family work often arises in support of individuaI work with children and adolescents. I offer help with stress management, anger management, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting, and mild-to-moderate mental health issues, such as Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, and Spiritual/Religious concerns. I offer some pro bono work.

I use a variety of Western-oriented talk therapy methods, including Person-Centered, Family Systems, Strengths-based,Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive-behavioral Therapy,with mindfulness/awareness techniques, body- and earth-centered awareness skills, and expressive arts.Play-centered therapy focuses on free play and expressive arts.

Many approaches--East & West--blend well and are useful when focusing on solutions, strengths, and new patterns of thinking and feeling.
