I often conduct seminars on food addiction and have written regularly for "Today's Woman's" magazine since 2005." My goal is to help indiviuals improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by helping them clear up issues that get in their way. These may include addictions, difficulty with family/couple relationships, sexual abuse and unresolved trauma. I am an adoptive parent so I have an understanding of the trials of single parenthood. By involving mind, body, and spirit, I hope to lead my clients toward deeper levels of integration and fuller lives.

I have worked with food addiction/eating disorders for over 14 years and use innovative techniques to help my clients not only change their maladaptive behavior, but to heal the underlying causes and belief systems that initially caused them to turn toward their coping method.

Due to my personal healing from food addiction and trauma, I have a deep understanding of the healing process and a great respect for the courage my clients possess. Through the use of empathy coupled with humor, I seek to empower my clients to believe in themselves and change their lives.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
