My focus is to facilitate change in a safe and comfortable environment. I enjoy guiding my clients as they process thoughts and feelings and move toward a greater sense of wholeness. I believe we cannot control anyone but ourselves and developing and nurturing our core beliefs is vital to healthy relationships. Life is too short to be miserable. Whatever our limitations, we can learn healthy coping skills. The ideal client would be someone who has a desire to explore, let go and move on.

My counseling style incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, spirituality and EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I work primarily with adults and couples. Areas of specialty include, mood disorders, dual diagnosis, chemical addictions, trauma, divorce, difficult transitions in life and relationships.
