Are you a parent concerned about your child's behavioral or emotional well-being? Or an adult struggling with emotional or relationship issues? With 35 years experience, I have expertise in a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, divorce as it affects both adults and children. I see my job as helping people feel better about themselves and their lives. I use a highly successful positive approach. I have a particular interest in children and adolescents and see parents as an integral part of this process, as they are the most powerful people in their children's lives.

I work with children of all ages as well as adults, from babies to senior citizens. Some of the issues I have particular expertise in are Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children and adults, Oppositional-Defiant Disorder (ODD), Low Self Esteem, Shyness, and Couples Issues.

As Chicagoland's first trainer in the Nurtured Heart Approach(NHA) to parenting, I teach a remarkable methodology based almost exclusively on positive reinforcement. I help parents learn the skills they need to raise their child's self esteem, increases his or her competency and cooperation, and energize success.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
