Group therapy is a powerful therapeutic tool & offers feedback from multiple perceptions. The group process allows members to share their life experiences in a safe and supportive environment. This group is small, confidential & facilitated by two licensed clinicians. Many insurance plans list group therapy services as a covered benefit.
