“I enjoy working with great diversities of people. I value similarities and differences and the unique, heartfelt concerns each individual brings to therapy. In my office, I have used many approaches, often crafting them as I go. I have helped doctors grieve their losses, lawyers to stay strong to their conscience, and artists to find their inspiration. People with extreme mental illnesses have found their way to my office and have left with renewed hope for their lives. Before my eyes, I have seen the moment when the wall comes down between couples.

In my work, I practice extreme compassion and hold a great amount of faith in the people I see, even when they may have lost hope for themselves. I am softly direct, interactive, honest and kind. My specialty is in working with people who feel abandoned & alone, misunderstood & lost.

For 25 years, I have worked effectively in mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, & in private practice. My clients have been some of the most courageous and fascinating people I have ever met. I continue to enjoy working with people on their challenges and changes, sincerely giving them my very best.”
