“Ideal clients want to know and understand more about themselves (and their children)in order to realize their potential, to gain satisfaction and happiness in their daily life, work and relationships. As a clinical psychologist, my clients range from infants to adults. Issues I address include diagnosis and coping strategies for anxiety, ADHD, trauma, learning disabilities, giftedness, autism, obesity, developmental concerns, mood disorders and life transitions. My experience and training have taught me the importance of understanding the whole person and family, while coordinating care with other specialists and primary care physicians as needed.

I provide evaluations, consultation and therapy. Evaluations for children are an important focus, and I am available for follow-up, attending school conferences to ensure services are established. Approaches I find most helpful are cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma processing (EMDR), and play therapy.

My practice is geared to helping people thrive by building on their unique strengths, acquiring the persistence to meet their goals. In over 25 years of practice in Arizona, I have enjoyed the benefits gained in experience with multidisciplinary hospital-based and community programs in addition to independent practice.”
