“I have vast experience with different types of clients, including adults receiving radiation oncology services, children in school and community settings, and college students. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, which included a specialty in behavioral medicine during my internship at the University of Massachusetts. My primary interest is to empower individuals to clarify life desires, build confidence, and manifest one's potential. As stress, anxiety, depression, and addictions can often block this potential I utilize techniques aimed at clearing what is getting in the way of living the life you want.

This involves uncovering life patterns and practicing new, healthy thoughts and behaviors that will support you in reaching your goals. I find relaxation techniques and EMDR to be particularly helpful with this as they engage one's internal healing abilities and provide you with the direct experience of your desired feeling state.

I also offer career, intellectual, and personality assessment which can provide insight to inform one's decisions. If you are seeking to improve your self-image, relationships, self-care, performance, and satisfaction, and are ready to make the necessary changes in your life I would be happy to help.”

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
