Experiencing depression, anxiety, grief or relationship problems is never easy, though in reality these can be an unavoidable part of life. I draw from an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities and teachings to address various issues in sessions. These include a prevailing psychodynamic framework, Attachment-Focused EMDR, transpersonal psychology, family systems theory, neuroscience and a mindfulness approach. My personal style is interactive and Rogerian, co-creating a safe environment that emphasizes compassion as much as insight.
