Clients arrive to see me and are always welcomed, whichever their issue may be. I believe that all issues effect relational skills for my clients, with themselves, their families and the public systems they interact with on a daily basis. One factor that makes me unique is that I have an Educational background and add that component to each session. I strive to assist my clients to understand the issue they are dealing with and believe that wtih clarity comes relaxation and an ability to do the work necessary in alleviating emotional pain. I hope to make you feel comfortable.

My specialty is Trauma and PTSD and its accompanying disorders of Anxiety and Depression which often bring along addictive behaviors. I have treated victims of abuse, and completed group work withthem. I also specialize in Family Systems work. My greatest work is what works with and for my client!

The one factor unique to my practice is the prevailing theme of my work; "Remember to take good care of your good self." I tell each client as they leave my office. Many clients have remarked how they have come to realize what those words actually mean after counseling.
