Is life feeling challenging to you?" If you are feeling depressed, overwhelmed, anxious or confused I can help. I'm a compassionate and experienced individual and couples counselor. I'll assist you in learning how to relate to life's challenges in way that leads to healing, transformation and growth. I believe therapy is about bringing clarity, balance and joy back into your life.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples. During a couple's session I'll assist you and your partner in learning how to move from conflict to connection; bring back intimacy & passion by learning how to listen, understand and empathize with each other. This approach helps create a loving & supportive relationship.
I also use guided imagery and mindfulness exercises to help you bring compassion and understanding to difficult feelings and connect with your inner strengths which improve emotional wellbeing.
