Everyone, at certain times, faces difficult life challenges. The ability to connect with someone who is understanding, supportive and skillful is essential. We all believe our situations are unique whether we are faced with depression, anxiety, loss, caregiver's stress, family issues, aging issues, addiction, or life transitions. A supportive, therapeutic relationship is a good resource to gain strength, insight and coping skills to deal with life's difficulties and ongoing challenges".

In a private, safe and relaxed environment, I will actively collaborate with you to reveal and develop your full potential. I specialize in older adults and their families, but see many other types of clients as well. Affiliations: National Association of Social Workers/Professional Geriatric Care Managers, and Alzheimer's Association.

I see most of my private clients at my office, but travel locally to see elderly or disabled homebound clients who cannot travel. In life, pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. I believe that healing is a process, and the joy of life is in the journey not the destination.
