“I am a compassionate and astute therapist with over 30 years experience. Together we can explore and address all of the painful feelings and patterns that interfere with achieving happiness and effectiveness. Feelings and experiences of depression, confusion, helplessness, grief, rage, etc., can all be understood and can change.Self destructive patterns in relationshiips can be understood and worked through. Struggles with addictive and impulsive behavior can be helped enormously by working together. I work carefully and individually and really can help you to be more effective in your struggles for better self esteem and a better life.

I work with adults of all ages. I work with individuals as well as couples. The focus can be on relationship difficulties, work related problems, assertiveness, addictive disorders, self esteem issues, and most other areas of struggle.

I can work short term or long term. My training has been in careful psychodynamic psychotherapy with an eclectic approach. The relationship between client and therapist is very important and the atmosphere is safe and confidential.”
