Community Concern of WNY is a non-profit human service organization with senor care management, youth development and behavioral health services. The Behavioral Health Program is a State-licensed multi-disciplinary clinic. Staff: Marlene Longdon NP, Cherie Ruben PhD, Richard Popson LCSW-R, Katherine Nolan MHC, Natalie Buckholtz MSW,and Valerie Nowak LMHC
The behavioral health staff are trained family systems, trauma recovery, co-occurring disorders and cognitive behavioral therapy. The clinic serves at-risk adolescents in area high schools.
Specialized group programs are offered in: domestic Violence (for perpetrators and victims), improving relationships, stress management, assertiveness, depression, and anxiety. Out newly expanded and renovated facility offers an attractive, private environment.
