I have worked with Adolescent and Adult patients in a group, individual and family setting. I enjoy the process of seeing positive changes in clients who are willing to put forth the effort to change unhealthy thinking patterns and behavior, and establishing a rapport that allows the client to feel comfortable enough to share sensitive and personal issues.

I prefer empowering methods of treatment that allow for reflection and personal growth, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered, and Brief Solution Focused. Beyond this, however, I enjoy introducing the concept of EMDR, which can enable clients to move forward from unhealthy thinking patterns.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
