I have a broad range of experience dealing with multiple adult issues. An example of some of the primary issues I often work with includes depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, stress management, grief, gay/lesbain issues, mid-life adjustment. I work from a holistic perspective and consider the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of healing. I believe my role as a therapist is to guide the client towards discovering their own innate wisdom and healing from within.

I have experience in utilizing guided imagery and hypnotherapy as part of the therapy process. This can be very effective for many issues, along with relaxation and stress management techniques.
