This 'Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Group' has been shown to be effective in preventing relapse in recurrent depression and other emotional problems. The group meets on Monday night for 8 consecutive weeks. Dramatic healing proceeds as you learn ways to move beyond ordinary and habitual ways of experiencing the world to a way of being that offers increased self knowledge and acceptance.
