I work in the private sector helping those with depression, anxiety and sexual issues. I also have a nutrition background helping patients struggling with General Medical Conditions. Specializing in marriage and individual counseling, I direct attention to each client, providing a personalized growth opportunity. My services are based on understanding symptoms and finding the best method of treatment to help promote growth and provide relief. When working with those who struggle with depression and anxiety, it is important to recognize the complexity and uniqueness inherent within the contributing factors for each individual.This includes his or her mental and physical medical causes as well as social and relational factors.

I use a bio/psycho/social approach to treatment which helps treat the whole person as opposed to one element of the general issue. This is a type of therapy allows the client to see all parts of his/her life as opposed to focusing on one limited area.
