I am a clinician who provides individual counselling to young adults, adults and elderly people as well as to couples and families. My holistic approach to health and wellness integrates the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural and social dimensions. My practice welcomes the diversity that clients may bring, thus, every ethnic background, religious beliefs, family composition and sexual orientation is respected.

One of my specializations is working with individuals, couples and families who need counselling as the issue of culture, race, ethnic background or religious beliefs comes to the forefront [bicultural marriages, international adoptions; third culture kids -TCK]. I provide face to face as well as distant services via SKYPE (outside Toronto or Canada]
