Then I'll make some things bigger, some things smaller, angle things just a bit differently and you'll give me feedback on whether this accurately describes you and your life. Together, we will create a deeper, richer context in which to understand what's bothering you and how to make it better.

I also have extensive training with the Enneagram, a powerful personality typing system with ancient roots that pinpoints habitual styles of coping that box your life in. Additionally, I am on staff at TriHealth's Integrative Health and Medicine Department which gives me unique experience with health and healing.
