I specialize in problems with anxiety, marital issues, drug abuse and parenting concerns. I have developed effective strategies for helping anyone coping with these issues. My goal is to help you identify your issues, habits of thinking or behavior that need change in a few sessions. I will tailor my work with you to your individual needs, always working towards the development of effective coping skills for your issues. I am also effective in assisting individuals coping with addictions or learning problems.

ANXIETY: Experience improvement by using simple cognitive and physical exercises. RELATIONSHIP/MARITAL: Identify beliefs, new communication tools, and learn to express your needs effectively. DRUG OR ALCOHOL ABUSE: Learn what triggers your desire, and develop thinking and behavior strategies to defeat addictive behavior. PARENTING: Develop practical strategies and sound behavioral interventions.

My office is a home-like, private setting that promotes comfort and security.
