“Life puts obstacles in everyone's path, some more difficult to overcome than others. At times, you may want or need the help of a professional to guide you through those difficult problems. Whatever the reason, I will provide a supportive, encouraging and safe atmosphere to help empower you to make changes, resolve issues, or gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

My goal is to help you resolve emotional/practical difficulties and become a healthier you. As your healthier self emerges, you will feel less conflicted internally, less encumbered by limitations, more free to pursue your goals, and more open to accepting and giving love.

We will work to resolve anything that stands between you and your goals, priorities, and commitments in your life. I am trained in a variety of therapy approaches including cognitive-behavioural, EMDR, adlerian, family systems, and mindfulnes. The approach/approaches used depend on the issues presented. Evening and weekend hours are available.”
