Dr. Dahlia Topolosky

I believe that my role as a therapist is to help people find meaning in their lives and access their own inner creativity and strengths. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and safe environment to address issues that are interfering with ones ability to function optimally as well as teach skills that reduce stress and build self-esteem.

I was trained in a combined school/ clinical doctoral program and have experience in schools and clinical settings. Using a combination of cognitive behavioral, psycho-dynamic, and client-centered approaches, I help children/adolescents/families who struggle with emotional and/or behavioral issues including self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Aspergers, learning disabilities, separation/attachment issues and others.

Aside from therapy, I conduct psycho-educational evaluations to assess for ADHD and learning disorders. I also work with parents in individual and group forums and teach positive parenting techniques to reduce stress and improve the self-esteem of your child.
