EDUCATION: Yale University, Boston College. ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL TRAINING: The Trauma Center in Boston The Center for Self-Leadership; UMASS Medical Center for Mindfulness. THERAPEUTIC TECHNIQUES: Internal Family Systems; Auricular Acupuncture Detoxification; Yoga Therapy; Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Are you suffering from anxiety? Do you push emotions away? Would you like your mind to be quiet? Do you feel lost in your life, without direction? Think of suicide? If you answered yes to any of these questions I can help. My approach works exceptionally well with people who have experience in meditation and an active spiritual life.

I provide an alternative to conventional talk-therapy for adults who had a rough childhood and/or other violent events. I am the only psychotherapist in Santa Fe who combines auricular acupuncture detoxification (for relaxation) and trauma therapy. Call to see if you qualify for free addiction counseling.

I have a Master's degree in religious studies from Yale University Divinity School. I have over 20 years experience in helping people achieve greater well-being. For information on my workshops search for me at www.kripalu.org and www.esalen.org
