I am Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independant Substance Abuse Counselor with the State of Arizona. I am trained in EMDR. This is an effective, efficient way to reduce the effects of trauma. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of psychotherapy that was developed to resolve symptoms resulting from disturbing and unresolved life experiences (trauma's).
