ADULTS:I provide skills to calm, soothe, take charge and empower your life; tools to regulate your mood, insight and tools to build healthy RELATIONSHIPS/ CONFIDENCE/SELF-ESTEEM/MOTIVATION. I assist you with tools to cope with anger and mood regulation,(DEPRESSION) and (ANXIETY) as well as negative thinking.

CHILDREN, TEENS, FAMILIES Therapy strategies with children often address issues of self-esteem, social and peer pressure, identity and self-worth, and emotional regulation and expression. In the therapy process, where healing occurs, families learn healthy and appropriate coping and communication skills and conflict resolution.”
