David Fairweather - Psychotherapist

As a relationally trained psychotherapist, I offer insight oriented therapy to couples and individuals wishing to improve the quality of their lives in some way. Softly focused on your thoughts and feelings, we will work together to understand your specific situation and explore the possible courses of action that may help you on your life journey. I am available to be seen in Toronto, Woodbridge/Vaughan and Online sessions are available via Skype outside of regular office hours. I cannot guarantee that I am the right therapist for you, however I offer a free initial meeting to help you decide.

In addition to psychodynamic psychotherapy and intersubjectively oriented couples therapy, I am also qualified to provide stress management and hypnotherapy services. If you are interested in learning to benefit from meditation or self-hypnosis, I am also able to provide you with professionally recorded audio resources for use at home.
