I help them see the world in alternative ways. Ways that provide a sense of relief and hope to new possibilities and a more grounded approach to life. This can apply to anyone in any challenging situation in life such as relationship issues, high anxiety, depression, anger, etc.,
Learn to separate your emotional triggers "illogical thinking", from your "logical thinking." In other words, learn how to think instead of reacting. Learn how to stop repeating the same pattern over and over again and make other choices. Learn how to take responsibility for yourself instead of blaming the world for your lot in life.
My rate is $60.00 per hour, so those not covered by group insurance or are on a modest income can receive professional quality support. Receive life mantras every 2 weeks. Day, evening, and weekend appointments. I also do Skype and On line counselling so you can stay at home.
