My approach to therapy is to provide a safe therapeutic environment in which thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely. I work with clients to identify harmful thought patterns and change them into helpful thoughts that ultimately produce healthy behaviors. I help clients to identify their strengths and empower them to discover solutions and new opportunities. I help families to establish healthy boundaries and restore power to its appropriate place.
