I’ve worked with a diverse group of individuals and have developed expertise in helping them with a variety of mental health concerns. While my therapeutic foundation is largely person centred, I also combine techniques from psychodynamic, CBT, mindfulness, emotion focused and other attachment- based models to help meet the unique needs of each client.
