As a therapist for children, adults, families and couples, I use gentle and encouraging methods to assist those who wish to re-design their lives. Since no two people are alike, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to 're-designing' problems such as anger behavior management, anxiety issues, behavior problems in children and teens, PTSD, grief, ADHD management, 504 planning, and parenting. As a licensed clinical social worker, author, columnist, workshop and seminar presenter, psychotherapist, energy therapist, and mother of two, I look forward to walking this journey with you.
