Are you tired of not feeling your best? Are you hesitant to reach out because you don't know where to go for help? Look no further. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in Human Services and Counseling in a multitude of settings with a variety of clients. Whether you've been in therapy before or this is your first time, I will invest in helping you to help yourself. Together we will evaluate the issues, find new perspectives, and work towards growth and healing.
I specialize in Mood Disorders, Adolescents, ADHD and Substance Use Issues. Like most therapists, I draw from more than one theory. Although Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is the foundation of my approach, I use other techniques to meet my clients where they are and move them forward to a better place.
My office is located West of I-94 in downtown Libertyville near the Metra Station. I accept insurance and major credit cards. I offer daytime, Saturday morning and evening appointments, and provide free phone consultations. Quality therapy, convenient location, easy access. Call me today and start feeling heard!
