As I reflect on my many years of practicing psychotherapy , I have found that what has been the most helpful is the authenticity of the therapeutic relationship. This is where you, the client, will learn to trust and open up about yourself. This process of self reflection will help you identify and understand the deeper parts of you. Whether your problem is self esteem, family issues, or intimacy , understanding yourself in a meaningful way will allow you to be more content in your daily living. Psychotherapy is a place where you can learn to feel better about yourself.

My clinical background is diverse, working in outpatient clinical centers as well as inpatient settings. My methods of practicing are rooted in psychodynamic theory, utilizing behavioral concepts, and cognitive restructuring. I offer short term focused therapy as well as long term insight oriented therapy.

I have a general psychotherapy practice, Specializing in relationship issues, self esteem, depression and anxiety. I also treat family issues, and issues related to adolescence. Issues related to substance abuse and eating disorders. LGBT issues. I tailor treatment to the individuals' needs with sensitivity ,I am interactive and responsive.
