I provide psychotherapy for people with a variety of different problems. They range from depression, anxiety, grief, family dynamics, issues related to abuse, self esteem problems, fear, health or relationship issues. With 30 years of varied experience, it is important to me to work in a collaborative manner with people who are sincere in their desire for change and place a priority on exploring and looking at their emotional life. The focus of our work together is tailored to your individual needs. In a safe and supportive environment, I work with older teens, adults and seniors - individuals and couples. I accept several insurances as well as Medicare and do file the claims.

I specialize in adult psychotherapy for the treatment of a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, sexual and physical abuse, trauma, severe mental illness, grief, relationship issues and general life issues.
