I'm an experienced clinical psychologist with a flexible, individualized therapeutic approach. In an empathic, respectful, collaborative environment, we seek better understanding and clarity, emotional healing, and creative, adaptive solutions. My relational psychodynamic foundation is enriched by extensive, ongoing training in: trauma and crisis, attachment and affective neuroscience, eating disorders and addictions, sexuality and sex therapy, fertility issues, couples therapy, EMDR, gestalt, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, DBT, mindfulness, Focusing, Somatic Experiencing, Sensory Motor and art/expressive therapies. I work long- and short-term with individuals, couples and families. While I work primarily in-person; phone/skype are possible long-distance options.
