I have been in private practice since 1983 doing individual and marital pyschotherapty. My approach is feeling/insight oriented addressing current issues and, when appropriate, helping you work through unresolved problems from your past that may be having a negative impact on your present-day life.
Individual therapies include emotionally-focused, gestalt, client-centred, EMDR and applied relaxation and stress management. Marital therapy focuses on intimacy, power balance, conflict resolution, communication skills and unresolved issues from childhood. I treat individuals from diverse backgrounds/occupations and I also have considerable experience working with law enforcement officers.
