I understand that long term intimacy is hard work. I help couples do this necessary work with skill, patience and tenacity. Sexual problems in a relationship cause hurt, anger, shame, and loneliness. I provide a safe informative environment to solve sexual and couple problems.
Admitting that things aren't working sexually, for whatever reason, is a difficult first step in addressing a sexual problem. It is also the first step to improve and heal your intimate life. I help couples and individuals navigate obstacles that block sexual intimacy, establishing and/or regaining healthy sexual functioning.
I help couples and individuals understand how anger and resentment prevent them from experiencing the well being and connection good sex can provide in a healthy, well functioning relationship. I encourage behaviors that address lack of desire and encourage frank and honest communication in and out of the bedroom
