“I help clients identify their goals and achieve them. Clients come to me with severe emotional pains, such as depression, anxiety, overwhelm, alienation, or perhaps a sense that life is meaningless. One approach does not suit all problems. Each client is unique and so deserves unique consideration. So,I have invested heavily in my professional education and training. I offer EMDR, Emotional Freedom Therapy, Dream Analysis, Family Systems Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Visualizations, Positive Affirmations and Crisis Intervention. I also offer Life Coaching to enhance positive thinking, hope, resilience, optimism, gratitude and unconditional positive regard for self and others.

Whether recovering from painful and dysfunctional patterns of behaviour, in a current crisis, or searching for meaning in the midst of confusion, I offer hope, support and practical tools for self-renewal.
